I believe that one overlaps into the other. This is something my husband and I were discussing the other day, in regards to being married and raising a child. If you and your spouse aren't happy, it really shows to your kids, and it's hard to make them happy if you are miserable. But if you focus on being close with your spouse, you are much more motivated to make your kid happy and help them enjoy their life (well, most of the time!)

If your staff hates their jobs, then it's going to show. If your engagement team is happy, then your clients will be happy. How much easier is it to care about your clients when you enjoy what you're doing and are proud of who you're working for (your company? I think they go hand in hand.
