		<description>I think this really hits the nail on the head as to the motivation for many who get out of public.  The work is fun and interesting most of the time, but the incessant focus on micromanaging your time is a huge turn-off.  

I&#039;ve been in public for a little over 2 years with a good firm, but I would really rather sell knowledge in the private sector than sell time in public.</description>
